Enzymes are natural proteins found in plants and animals. In food, enzymes act as biological catalysts, speeding up reactions to improve taste, texture and nutrition. They work by breaking down materials like starches, proteins and fats offering a natural way to process food.
We support the green transition in the meat processing industry
We work closely together with our customers in the food industry to create products in the highest quality possible, customized for the specific target group and according to regional preferences.
We test our recipes over and over again to make sure that we reach the highest quality possible.
Before entering our recipes in our customers manufacturing facilities we make prototypes in pilot scale to make sure that the process will fit into the larger scale.
